Privacy Policy

We do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics. Your progress stays in your own browser.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. What we collect: nothing

This application does not collect, store, or transmit personal data about you. There is no sign-up, no account, no email address, and no user profile.

The application contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no session recording, and no third-party scripts. It makes no network requests to our servers while you use it — after the page loads, everything runs in your browser.

2. What stays on your own device

So that the application can remember your progress and preferences between visits, a small amount of information is written to your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us:

  • Your best score for each emergency scenario, sedation procedure, and quiz case
  • Whether you have muted the sound
  • Whether you have acknowledged the on-screen disclaimer

3. Cookies

This application does not use cookies.

4. Payments

If you choose to make a voluntary support payment, you leave this site and complete the payment on a page hosted by Stripe, Inc.

Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and are handled entirely by Stripe under its PCI-DSS compliant systems. Your card number never passes through, and is never stored by, this application or its developer.

Stripe processes that payment as an independent controller of your data. Its handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, at https://stripe.com/privacy.

5. Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider. Like essentially all web servers, the provider may log ordinary technical request information such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and operational purposes. The developer does not use these logs to build profiles and does not combine them with any other information.

6. Your rights (including CCPA and GDPR)

Privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to its sale.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, delete, or transfer, and we have never sold or shared personal information. You can erase everything the application has stored at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

If you believe we hold data about you and wish to exercise a right, contact us at the address below and we will respond.

7. Children

This application is intended for health professionals and students in the health professions. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them — nor, as described above, from anyone else.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. If the application ever begins to collect personal data, this policy will be revised before that change takes effect.
