VitalSaver

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Everything here is free. Support payments are voluntary contributions, so they are normally non-refundable — but we will always correct a duplicate or mistaken charge.

1. There is nothing to buy

Every scenario, drug reference, and quiz case in VitalSaver is available at no cost. There is no subscription, no licence, no paywall, and no feature that a payment unlocks.

A support payment is a voluntary contribution toward running costs. You receive no product, service, or additional access in exchange for it.

2. Contributions are normally non-refundable

Because a contribution is a gift rather than the purchase of goods or services, contributions are generally non-refundable once processed.

3. When we will refund

We will refund a contribution in full, without argument, in any of the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for what you intended as a single contribution.
  • You were charged an amount other than the one you selected.
  • The payment was made without your authorization.
  • You contributed by mistake and tell us within 30 days of the charge.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@fjanesth.com with the approximate date and amount of the payment and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason for a request that falls under section 3.

We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; how quickly the credit appears is determined by your card issuer or bank.

5. Recurring payments

If a recurring contribution is ever offered, you may cancel it at any time and it will stop at the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past ones, which are handled under sections 2 and 3.

6. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us first — we would much rather fix it directly and quickly than have you go through a dispute with your bank.
